wook rolls happily across the ball of hui-yeol’s palm, bounced slightly by the cheer in sun-kissed digits. he listens diligently, accepting information happily before the hamster is transferred over to the other’s hold-— it takes some effort, the creature surely doesn’t enjoy strangers, but it isn’t long before it recognises animal-loving grip & settles hesitantly, continuing to gnaw at his snack. ❛ uwah !!! four ?! that’s so cool !!! i think one is enough for me though, wook is kinda demanding ! ❜ gentle laugh is pressed against his own palm, hands covering his mouth to marvel the sheer cuteness of wook in gundam’s hold—- someday, he’ll snap a picture. ❛ do they all have names ? ❜
IF THERE’S ONE THING that gundam prides himself on, it is his gentle hands – there is a certain touch required to deal with animals, the creatures usually, as cliche as it may sound to some, more afraid of you than you are of them. for the small, it is because you are exponentially larger than them, and for the large, your unpredictable and unfamiliar nature leads them into a state of wariness not unlike a human facing another. hamsters are not unlike other animals, though their level of fearlessness is – admirable. the hamster (WOOK, he thinks its name is ) settles down comfortably into his hands, one bandaged and one bare flesh, and is even comfortable enough to continue eating. a small blessing in disguise. internally, he agrees – hamsters are much more work than some would think they were worth. they give off none of the joy of a dog, nor the independence of a cat, too reliant on their humans to care for them. and yet… ❛ my four dark devas of destruction, yes, they all have names. ❜ he pauses to wet his lips, thinks back on it – this may have been the most talking he’s done all week, and it’s to a man who’s practically a stranger, kinship only formed by the furry creature sitting on his palms. ❛ there is SUPERNOVA SILVER FOX, or SAN-D, as we, her friends, refer to her. she is my only female that i currently keep close to my heart – and the most spirited out of the four. the next is MIRAGE GOLDEN HAWK, JUM-P, who is often seen sleeping, though he of course is more active in the nighttime as most rodents of his size wont to be. CRIMSON STEEL ELEPHANT is my most aggressive, currently, though MAGA-Z is simply territorial, protective of his space. my largest hamster i currently hold a close pact with is INVADING BLACK DRAGON, or as i am allowed to call him, CHAM-P. he is happy to do anything you ask of him, provided you give the right incentive. ❜ it isn’t until he’s finished speaking that he realizes one of the hamsters in question, san-d, had poked her head out of his scarf and was peering over the edge of the fabric down at the newcomer, black paws placed precariously on the seam of the scarf. hopefully no wars would be waged upon wook, at least it was san-d who decided to investigate and not maga-z…

* BASICS.
i. i don’t think it really needs to be said, but mun =/= muse. gundam kind of has a giant superiority complex and tends to put people down both intentionally and unintentionally from time to time, but just because he thinks your muse is subhuman doesn’t mean i think you are! i’m super friendly, i promise, my ims are always open!
ii. please please please read all of my pages before interacting with me! while gundam is a canon character, i have lots of headcanons from writing him for as long as i have been, so he’s a bit divergent from canon at this point.
iii. under no circumstances will i tolerate godmodding. it’s rude & disrespectful to your fellow writers and i will drop threads and unfollow if it becomes an issue.
iv. so, outside of tumblr, i’m a college student! and i’m extra busy during the hockey season! this means that i’m going to be busy as all hell, between assignments and making sure i can catch the games. i’ll try to stay on top of my replies, of course, but please be patient with me!
v. i make all of the icons + graphics posted on my blog. all reblogs are assumed not to belong to me unless stated otherwise. please don’t steal my icons. no fanart on this blog, whether in icons or reblogs, is assumed to be mine unless otherwise stated.
* FOLLOWING & ACTIVITY.
i. this blog is an independent, private, and exclusive roleplay blog. i reserve the right to choose WHO i write with, and if i choose to take on exclusives. exclusives could potentially happen with CANON CHARACTERS or specific faceclaims if gundam gets close to an original character. there’s more on this later under the shipping tab.
* INTERACTIONS.
i. i format my posts. i may not format the hell out of them, but i still format them. i ask that you at least use small text in our roleplays, but any other kind of formatting is negotiable.
ii. i’m up for any length & style of threads! short, para, semi-para, multi-para, novella, text, multimedia – anything you can throw at me, i’ll be more than willing to reply to! that being said, you gotta be patient with me with the longer threads, because i don’t like putting out subpar posts.
iii. for the most part, i draft all my replies the moment i see them. if i haven’t replied in a week, you can go ahead and pester me a little about it – odds are i’m either busy and haven’t gotten to it, or i never saw it in the first place.
iv. while i always prefer plotted threads over unplotted threads, you have to admit there’s a certain appeal to random starters. mutuals are ALWAYS free to write me starters and i’ll try to get to them when i can, and i’m always down for writing random threads with people! however, plotted threads will likely be a higher priority than unplotted threads.
v. i try to avoid excess purple prose in my own writing, but i have nothing against people who use it. just understand that if you use it in excess it may be a little bit longer before i get that reply done.
vi. multimuse blogs are perfectly welcome on this blog! just understand that i may ask you more questions about who i’m writing with. i also likely will not interact in-character with any other gundam blogs. it’s nothing against you – i’m simply not very comfortable with writing with duplicates.
vii. i will be extremely selective with things like rpf. it has the potential to be very sketchy, and as such i’ll be very, very picky about these kinds of blogs.
* SHIPPING.
i. i’ll admit – i love shipping. but shipping is not the priority of this blog and it will only happen if there’s chemistry between gundam and whoever i’m shipping with. frankly, romance isn’t on the forefront of gundam’s mind – he has other things to worry about – but if a ship happens, it happens. i’ll likely be multiship unless i really fall hard for a ship.
ii. while i do practice exclusivity to a certain extent, it will only ever be a mutual situation, and it won’t come without a lot of discussion and thought. i do to a certain extent have mains as well, simply for my own comfort of knowing i have a person who writes that muse that i can go to for any plots i may have in mind for that character.
iii. i LOVE pre-established relationships. whether it’s a previous romance, a friendship, a rivalry, a hatred for one another, or maybe they even only ran into each other once in a public space, i love having these pre-established bonds. please don’t hesitate to come to me if you have any in mind!
* TRIGGERS & NSFW.
i. all triggers will be tagged ‘___ tw.’ with the ___ being whatever trigger it may be. if i for some reason need to tag something and i’ve forgotten, please just shoot me an ask or a message and i’ll go and fix it. due to the nature of the series and gundam as a character, there may be some dark content on this blog. everything will be tagged appropriately.
ii. smut may be present on this blog, and it may not always be underneath a readmore. it will always be tagged, however.
iii. my only personal trigger is DEEP WATER, so if you could tag that, that’d be a+.
* OUT OF CHARACTER.
i. thanks for making it to the end of my rules page! my name’s cros, i’m 21 and i’m currently living in the state of georgia, going to college! i’m a graphic design major and i have absolutely no clue what i’m doing with my life. i’m on the east coast in the eastern time zone. my pronouns are either she/her or he/him, whichever you feel like using. my favorite animals are dingoes and hyenas and my hockey team is the pittsburgh penguins!

born out of wedlock in a small town in japan, gundam was ruthlessly bullied in his early years. this led him to turn to animals, and develop his talent as the ultimate breeder. he has since used his talent to connect with animals, as he is more comfortable with them than people, and help various endangered animal conservation efforts.
gundam believes in the dark arts, and believes himself to be a god of sorts, and believes most everyone else around him to be foolish, pathetic mortals. his animals are more important to him than anything else, including himself. this is partly a defense mechanism to deal with the bullying he dealt with in middle school.
in short, if you don’t at least tolerate animals, gundam probably has no time for you.
